When it was just the two of us we never dreamed we could afford a home. Tom took the time to patiently explain how we could.
Five years later we again called Tom. We couldn't decide whether to refinance or move. We loved our neighborhood but our family outgrew the house. Once again Tom patiently showed us how we could afford a much bigger home.
After looking at many existing homes we decided to build. We are thrilled he was there to look out for us. Even after closing he seemed to go out of his way to help solve some lingering concerns.
We bought our first home, sold that one for more than we ever thought we could, and bought another through Tom.
