Time is running out to take advantage of Federal Tax Credits

Federal tax Credits expire on April 30th.  Seem like a long time from now?  Just a few short months.

Buyers, It may take 60 days to close . . . once you find that house; how long will it take to find that house?

Sellers, consider the time it takes to prepare, market, sell and finally close . . . your house should be on the market right now!
