MORE Robbinsdale Point of Sale Inspection Ordinance The city of Robbinsdale has adopted a point-of-sale inspection ordinance effective May 1, 2009. The ordinance requires an inspection by a city licensed inspector prior to placing the property on the market. Inspection reports will indicate items that are acceptable, below standards or require repairs. The city website includes information about the list of repair items.
